How to choose a multivitamin
Look for a complete formula, a trusted brand, and a dose that fits your day.
A good multivitamin fills small gaps — it is not a substitute for meals. Look for vitamins A, C, D, E and B-complex plus minerals such as zinc and selenium. Men's, women's and prenatal formulas differ. Take with food, do not exceed the stated dose, and check with a doctor if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.
Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Ask a qualified doctor if you have a medical question.
